吸烟和被动吸烟与血糖和血脂关系的调查分析

摘    要:目的探讨吸烟、被动吸烟与血糖、血脂代谢紊乱之间的关系。方法将756例健康成人分为吸烟组140例,被动吸烟组303例,非吸烟组313例。分别进行血糖(GLU)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、果糖胺(FMN)、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、脂蛋白a(Lpa)、载脂蛋白A-I(apoA-I)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)检测。结果 (1)吸烟组TG值(2.13±0.19)mmol/L高于被动吸烟组TG(1.65±0.10)mmol/L,HDL-C(1.25±0.02)mmol/L、apoA-I(1.35±0.02)g/L值均低于被动吸烟组HDL-C(1.32±0.02)mmol/L、apoA-I(1.42±0.01)g/L。(2)被动吸烟组LDL-C(3.28±0.04)mmol/L值均高于吸烟组LDL-C(3.10±0.06)mmol/L,Lpa(97.58±5.45)mg/L值高于非吸烟组Lpa(81.10±4.18)mg/L。(3)吸烟(主动与被动)组TG(1.80±0.09)mmol/L、HbA1c(5.18±0.05)%、Lpa(96.85±4.51)mg/L、GLU(5.44±0.06)mmol/L值高于非吸烟组TG(1.44±0.04)mmol/L、HbA1c(4.99±0.03)%、Lpa(81.10±4.18)mg/L、GLU(5.28±0.03)mmol/L。结论主动与被动吸烟,不仅有脂代谢异常,更有糖代谢异常。

Abstract:Objective To observe the connection between smoking,passive smoking and the metabolism disorder of blood glucose,blood lipid.Methods 756 people were divided into three groups,including 140 smokers,303 passive smokers and the 313 nonsmokers.All of them were tested the GLU,HbA1c,FMN,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,Lpa,apoA-I,apoB.Results(1)TG(2.13±0.19)mmol/L of smokers was higher than that of passive smokers(1.65±0.10)mmol/L,but HDL-C(1.25±0.02)mmol/L and apoA-I(1.35±0.02)g/L of smokers were lower than HDL-C(1.32±0.02)mmol/L and apoA-I(1.42±0.01)g/L of passive smokers.(2)The LDL-C(3.28±0.04)mmol/L of passive smokers was higher than LDL-C(3.10±0.06)mmol/L of smokers,and Lpa(97.58±5.45)mg/L was higher than nonsmokers′Lpa(81.10±4.18)mg/L.(3)The TG(1.80±0.09)mmol/L,HbA1c(5.18±0.05)%,Lpa(96.85±4.51)mg/L,GLU(5.44±0.06)mmol/L of smokers and passive smokers were higher than TG(1.44±0.04)mmol/L,HbA1c(4.99±0.03)%,Lpa(81.10±4.18)mg/L,GLU(5.28±0.03)mmol/L of nonsmokers.Conclusion Smokers and passive smokers not only has abnormal blood lipid metabolism(TG,Lpa),but also abnormal glycometabolism(HbA1c,GLU).
