440例患者食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体浓度分析

摘    要:目的检测食物不耐受患者血清中14种食物特异性IgG抗体并分析食物不耐受的原因。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测440例患者血清中14项食物特异性IgG抗体。其中儿童组220例、成人组220例。结果在检测的14种食物特异性IgG抗体中,牛奶和鸡蛋阳性率最高;总阳性率儿童组明显高于成人组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过14项食物特异性IgG抗体的浓度检测分析,各种人群都存在食物不耐受现象,儿童与成年女性最为常见。
