| 摘 要： | 目的通过检测早产儿和足月儿脐血血脂水平,探讨血脂对胎儿生长发育的影响。方法根据胎龄和出生体质量分为2组:健康足月儿组,早产儿组;全自动生化分析仪检测脐血总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果早产儿脐血LDL-C水平高于健康足月儿;脐血LDL-C与胎龄、出生体质量、身长、体质量指数(BMI)呈显著的负相关(r=-0.477,-0.493,-0.489,-0.479,P<0.01),与脐血TC、TG、HDL-C、性别无相关性(r=-0.009、0.152、-0.113、-0.084,P>0.05)。结论早产儿出生时高LDL-C可能是成人心血管疾病的高危因素之一。 |
