胃癌组织中CD44v6的表达及其临床意义

目的：探讨粘附分子拼接变异体CD44v6在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学SP方法检测了62例手术切除胃癌组织及15例正常胃粘膜组织中CD44v6的表达水平。结果：CD44v6蛋白在胃癌组织中阳性率为67.74%,正常胃粘膜组织无阳性表达;CD44v6表达与胃癌的侵入深度、临床分期、淋巴结转移和患者生存期在统计学上均差异显著（P〈0.05）,而与胃癌的组织学类型和组织学分级无关（P〉0.05）。结论：CD44v6的表达与胃癌的发生、发展和预后等关系密切,可作为胃癌临床治疗和判断预后的参考指标。

Expression of CD44v6 in Gastric Carcinoma Tissue and It's Clinical Significances

Objective：To study the expression of human metastasis molecule adhesion CIM4 splice variant6 in gastric carcinoma and the relation to the clinicopathologieal features. Methods ： The expression of CD44v6 was detected with immunohistochemical SP method in 62 cases gast tic cancer and 15 normal gastric mucous tissue sample. Results：The positive expression rates of CDd-4v6 were 67. 74%, wasn＇t found in normal gast tic mucous tissues;CD44v6 protein expression was significandy correlated with invasion depth ,clinical term,lymph node metastasis and clinical pathological stage （P 〈 0. 05 ）, but was not related to histological type （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The expression of CIM4v6 protein is correlated with gast He cancer and can be used to evaluate the biological behavior and prognosis of gast ric cancer.
