腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术的临床疗效观察

目的探讨分析腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术的临床疗效及安全性。方法对2010年1月-2012年1月在我科进行不同疝气修补手术的100例患者进行回顾性分析,其中腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术（LIHR组）50例、传统腹股沟疝修补术（CHR组）50例,观察两种方法的手术时间、术后恢复情况、伤口情况、并发症、复发率及住院时间指标,比较两组患者观察前后各指标变化,以及术后一年对患者的随访资料。结果两组术后第疼痛分数、术后住院时间和恢复正常活动时间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,LIHR组优于CHR组,两组组间单侧和双侧手术时间比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜疝修补术是治疗腹股沟疝较为安全、简便、有效、成熟的治疗方式,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of clinical safety and efficiency of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair

【Objective】To evaluate the clinical safety and efficiency of Laparoscopic Inguinal Hernia Repair（LIHR）for adulting uinal hernia. 【Methods】A non-randomized concurrent control study was carried out including 50 conventional hernia repair, and 50 laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair. Compare and analyse the two operation and postoperation results and follow-up survery one year after operation, clinic index：operation time,duration time in hospital,pain lasting time,norm activity time complication,et al. 【Resluts】The operating time of 2 groups was similar（P0.05）, The visual analogue pain scores, postoperative hospitalization and time to regain normal activity were significantly less in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair than conventional hernia repair（P0.05）. 【Conclusion】As one of the tension-free herniorrhaphy procedures,laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair is a safe and effective technique for adult inguinal hernia.
