| Abstract: | Selenium in nature includes inorganic and organic selenium. The organic selenium from organism is more safety than from the others. It is absorbed and utilized more easily by bodies. Utilizing the ability of different organisms that can assimilate the inorganic selenium into the organic selenium, a series of the rich-selenium health food have been produced from abundant in the inorganic selenium. Research and development of the rich-selenium health food must be significant for human health. |
