| 摘 要： | 目的 评价吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胰腺癌的疗效.方法 用吉西他滨1 000 mg/m^2＋5%GS 250 mL,ivgtt 30 min d1,d8;奥沙利铂130 mg/m^2＋5%GS 500 mL,ivgtt 2 h d1.每3～4周重复用药.治疗晚期胰腺癌21例.结果 可评价16例,完全缓解0例、部分缓解2例、稳定8例、进展6例,有效率为12.5%.毒副反应能够耐受.结论 吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胰腺癌具有一定疗效,且毒副反应低.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of gemcitabine and oxaliplatin in the patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods Twenty-one patients were enrolled.The treatment consisted of gemcitabine 1000 mg/m~2(30 minute infusion)on day 1 and 8 and oxaliplatin 130 mg/m~2(2 hour infusion)on day 1 every 3~4 weeks.Results Sixteen patients were evaluable.Complete response was observed in 0 patient.Partial responses were observed in 2 patients,stable disease in 8 and progress disease in 6.The overall response was 12.5%.The Treatment was well tolerated.Conclusion Gemcitabine and oxaliplatin showed encouraging activity in the patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. |
