| 摘 要： | 复方美沙芬止咳糖浆及组成药美沙芬、伪麻黄碱和扑尔敏对豚景拘橼酸引咳模型试验的有效剂量分别为４２、２０、３０和１６ｍｇ／ｋｇ；对小鼠氨水引咳模型试验，有效剂量分别为２１、１０、７．５和４ｍｍ／ｋｇ；复方美沙芬止咳糖浆、伪麻黄碱和扑尔敏，尚能抑制组胺所致小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增加；对卵白蛋白致豚鼠主动致敏过敏反应也有明显的保护作用。

| Abstract: | In this paper the antitussive dossage of drugs in two experiemental models was atudied. The increase of skin capillary permeability in mice induced by histamine was significantlyinhibited by compound dextrorhethorphan antitussive syrupus. In guinea pigs sensitized with eggalbumin, prominent protective effect on anaphylactic shock induced by inhalation of antigenaerosol was also observed. |
