连云港市市级医疗机构消毒效果监测分析

目的了解连云港市市级医疗机构消毒效果现状，加强消毒卫生管理，为预防和控制医院内感染，进一步提高消毒质量提供依据。方法对连云港市7家市级医疗机构2005-2007年相关部门进行微生物采样监测，对结果进行统计分析。结果2005-2007年共监测1144项次，合格的有970项次，合格率为84．79％，其中室内空气的合格率最低。结论连云港市医疗机构消毒质量仍然存在一定问题，应加大对医疗机构消毒工作的管理力度，以提高消毒质量。

Monitoring on Efficacy of Disinfection in Medical Institutions of Lianyungang City

[ Objective] To understand the status of disinfection efficacy in medical institutions of Lianyungang City, strengthen the management of disinfection, provide evidence to control and prevent nosocomial infections and improve efficacy of disinfection. [ Methods] Sampling and monitoring with microbiological were applied in related department of 7 medical institutions in Lianyungang City during 2005--2007, the results were analyzed statistically. [ Results ] 1144 samples were collected during 2005--2007, and 970 were eligible, the eligible rate was 84.79% . The lowest eligible rate appeared in indoor air. [ Conclusion] There were some problems in disinfection of medical institutions of Lianyungang City. The management of disinfection in medical institutions should be strengthened to improve efficacy of disinfection.
