生长抑素综合治疗重症急性胰腺炎63例的观察

目的探讨生长抑素综合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2008年9月收治的63例重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料。所有患者均采用了生长抑素综合治疗,此治疗包括了采用生长抑素抑制胰液分泌保护器官损伤,采用前列地尔改善胰腺微循环和个体化的手术治疗去除病灶。结果腹部症状、体征消失时间3±1.8d,血淀粉酶恢复正常时间5±2.3d。痊愈率76.2%(48/63),好转率14.3%(9/63),死亡率9.5%(6/63)。结论生长抑素综合治疗重症急性胰腺炎可提高重症急性胰腺炎治愈率和降低病死率。

Therapeutic Effect of Combined Therapy with Somatostatin for Severe Acute Pancreatitis in 63 Patients

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of combined therapy with somatostatin in treatments of severe acute panereatitis. Methods Sixty three patients of severe acute pancreatitis treated with somatostatin in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. The combined therapy with somatostatin includes protecting against organ injury via reduced pancreatic secretion by somatostatin, improving pancreatic microcirculation by alprostadil, and removing focus of infection via surgical treatment. Results The extinction time for abdominal symptom and physical sign was 3±1.8 days and the declining time to normal levels for hemodiastase was 5±2.3 days.The recovery rate was 76.2% (48/63), with improvement rate 14.3% (9/63) and mortality rate 9.5% (6/63). Conclusion The combined therapy with somatostatin can enhance recovery rate and reduce mortality rate in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.
