| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断和手术治疗.方法 回顾性分析2002～2008年本院诊治的52例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤患者的临床资料,所有患者均行B超、CT和静脉尿路造影(IVU)检查.47例行肾肿瘤剜除术,1例行肿瘤剜除术并肾部分切除术,2例行肾部分切除术,2例行肾切除术.术后病理诊断为经典型肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤43例,上皮样肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤8例,上皮样肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤合并经典型肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤1例.结果 52例患者术后恢复良好.48例患者术后经3～75个月的随访,未见脂肪瘤复发且肾功能良好.结论 B超和CT检查是术前确诊的主要依据.直径大于4 cm的肾错构瘤应积极手术治疗.手术时尽量保留有功能的肾组织.
