主动脉缩窄的手术治疗

目的 手术治疗主动脉缩窄４例。单纯主动脉缩窄１例，合并动脉导管未闭（ＰＤＡ）３例。方法 采用左胸后外侧第４肋间切口，分别在浅低温、左心转流和常温下进行。缩窄段切除主动脉端端吻合１例，纵行切开或楔形切除缩窄段，用涤纶片或自体心包补片血管成形３例。结果 手术经过顺利，无手术死亡和并发症，平均住院１９ｄ，痊愈出院。随访６月￣３年，效果满意。结论 主动脉缩窄一经确诊，不论有无症状，皆应手术治疗。

SURGICAL TREATMENT OF COARCTATION OF THE AORTA

Objective Four patients with coarctation of the aorta including singlecoarctation in 1 case and coarctation associated with patent ductus arterisus in 3 caseswere surgically treated. Methods The operations were performed with mild hypothermia,left heat bypass or normothermia through fourth intercostal space left posterolateralthoracotomy. The procedure consists of resection and end - to - end anastomosis in 1case, Decron patch of pericardial hemograft angioplasty with longitudianl incision orcuneiform resection of the coarctation in 3 cases. Results There was no operative mortality and morbidity, the average time staying in hospital was 19 days. All of the patients recovered and were discharged from the hospital. Following up lasted from 6 months to 3years,and the curative effect was satisfactory. Conclusion Coarctation of the aorta mustbe treated surgically regardless of having symptoms and as soon as the diagnosis ismade.
