摘    要:
目的 研究肝细胞刺激因子(hepatic stimulatorsubstance , H S S) 对肝癌细胞凋亡的作用及与化疗药物的相互影响。方法体外培养人肝癌细胞( Q G Y- 7703) ,并用不同剂量的 H S S 及 H S S+ 阿霉素( A D R) 处理,琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析 D N A 片段。碘化丙锭染色,流式细胞仪观察细胞死亡率。结果 肝癌细胞在体外经 H S S,阿霉素及阿霉素+ H S S 处理后,肝癌细胞发生凋亡。结论  H S S可以诱导人肝癌细胞发生凋亡,阿霉素对 H S S 所致人肝癌细胞的凋亡有协同作用。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the coeffect of hepatic stimulator substance(HSS) and adriamycin(ADR) on apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells. Methods Human hepatocellular carcinoma cells (QGY-7703) were exposed in vitro to different concentrations of HSS and adriamycin to induce apoptosis.DNA fragment was assayed by agarose gelelectrophoresis,and the cells were analyzed with flow cytometry. Results DNA fragment assay and flow cytometry showed that the hepatocellular carcinoma cell apoptosis might be induced by HSS or ADR. Conclusion HSS could induce the apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells.
