摘 要: | 采用胶原酶B急性分离大鼠心室肌细胞。利用膜片钳技术,观察甲基黄酮醇胺对心肌细胞膜钙离子通道的影响。结果表明:甲基黄酮醇胺1 、10 和50 μmol/L可剂量依赖性地抑制大鼠心室肌细胞膜钙离子电流,表明甲基黄酮醇胺有钙拮抗作用。

Effect of methylflavonolamine on calcium current in rat ventricular myocytes |

Abstract: | Effect of methylflavonolamine(MEA) on calcium current ( I Ca ) was studied in single rat ventricular myocytes using whole cell patch clamp technique. It was demonstrated that MFA inhibited the I Ca in a dose-dependent manner.This result indicates that MFA is able to block calcium channel and has calcium antagonistic activity. |
