新活素与硝普钠治疗顽固性心衰的临床观察

目的观察新活素（重组人脑利钠肽，rhBNP）与硝普钠治疗顽固性心力衰竭的疗效与安全性。方法将62例顽固性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组32例，对照组30例，在常规抗心衰治疗基础上分别给予新活素和硝普钠，连续用药3d后观察疗效。结果两组治疗后临床症状好转率比较差异有统计学意义，治疗组显著优于对照组（P〈0．05），左室射血分数、每搏输出量、心输出量、心指数及尿量改善治疗组均优于对照组。结论新活素能明显改善顽固性心力衰竭患者的血流动力学，其疗效优于硝普钠，安全性与硝普钠类似。

Clinical observation of the effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide and sodium nitroprusside on refractory heart failure

Objective To compare the effects of Xin Huo Su （recombinant human brain natriuretic pep- tide, rhBNP） and sodium nitroprusside on treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods 62 patients with refrac- tory heart failure were randomly divided into experimental group （n=32） and control group 30 cases respectively. On the basis of conventional therapy, Xin Huo Su or sodium nitroprusside was given to different group. The effects were assessed on 3rd day. Results Compared to the control experimental group, the improvement of symptom was significantly better in experimental group （P〈0.05）, the improvement of left ventricular rejection fraction（LVEF）, stroke volume, cardiac output, cardiac index and urine were significantly better in the experimental group than control group. Conclusion Xin Huo Su can significantly improve the patients with refractory heart failure in hemodynamics, clinical status of the body, which is similar security with sodium nitroprusside.
