癌症患者心理障碍的护理干预

目的探讨癌症患者心理障碍的原因及护理对策。方法应用抑郁自评表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)及问卷调查表对80例患者进行问卷调查。结果调查对象中62例伴抑郁反应(77.5%),35例伴焦虑反应(43.7%)。原因分析:在80例患者中担心治疗效果及预后62例(77.5%),受放疗不良反应影响46例(57.5%),对家庭影响55例(68.7%),生活自理能力下降45例(56.2%)。结论癌症患者存在明显心理障碍并受多种因素影响,应针对性给予心理支持及护理干预。

Cancer Patients Psychological Nursing Intervention

Objective To investigate the psychological reasons for cancer patients and nursing.Methods Ratings of depression(SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and a questionnaire survey of 80 patients with the questionnaire.Results The survey response in 62 patients with depression(77.5%),35 patients with anxiety reactions(43.7%).Analysis: In 80 patients worried about treatment and prognosis in 62 cases(77.5%),adverse reaction by the radiotherapy of 46 cases(57.5%),impact on families in 55 cases(68.7%),decreased self-care ability in 45 cases(56.2%).Conclusion Patients with obvious psychological barrier of tumor and affected by many factors,should be targeted to give psychological support and nursing intervention.
