| 摘 要： | 目的了解企业群体中各类恶性肿瘤的患病率和死亡率 ,以便进一步加强对恶性肿瘤的预防。方法对企业1990～2000年患恶性肿瘤的人群作统计分析 ,并对常见的六类恶性肿瘤死亡率与一般城市居民之间进行比较。结果本企业职工中恶性肿瘤患病率较高的为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、肠癌 ;男性中肺癌占首位 ,女性中乳腺癌占首位。肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、肠癌、食道癌、乳腺癌相对危险度(RR)均高。结论化工企业特别要重视恶性肿瘤的预防。 |

| Abstract: | Objective Study the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in our factory in order to enforce the prophylaxis. Methods Analysis the incidence and mortality of the malignant tumors from 1990 to 2000 and compare with the popular city civilians. Results The higher incidence were cancer of lung, stomach,liver, intestine and breast. Lung cancer in male and breast cancer in female were predominant. The RR of lung, stomach, liver intestine, esophagus and breast cancer all were high. Conclusion In chemical enterprices should pay much medical attention for prevention of malignant tumors. |
