糖尿病大鼠视网膜细胞凋亡与视网膜组织中钙镁离子的关系

目的观察糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中细胞凋亡量的变化。方法40只Wistar大鼠被随机分成实验组和对照组,每组20只。实验组用链脲佐菌素(Streptozocin,STZ)诱发糖尿病。并在糖尿病发病后4、6、12和16周检测视网膜细胞凋亡和视网膜组织中钙镁离子浓度的变化。同时对其与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白及糖尿病病程的关系进行了分析。结果糖尿病大鼠视网膜细胞溶解液中在发病后4周可测到细胞凋亡,且随糖尿病病程的延长凋亡程度逐渐加重;同时伴有视网膜组织内钙离子浓度的增加、镁离子浓度减少。双变量相关分析表明,糖尿病大鼠视网膜细胞凋亡的程度与空腹血糖浓度、糖化血红蛋白水平、视网膜内钙镁离子含量及糖尿病病程密切相关。结论糖尿病大鼠视网膜中存在细胞凋亡和离子含量的异常,这些变化可能是糖尿病视网膜病变的病理基础之一。

Retinal cells apoptosis and its relationship with concentration fluctuations of Ca~(2+) and Mg~(2+) in rats with diabetes mellitus

Objective To observe the changing of apoptosis quantity in retina of rats with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods 40 Wistar rats were divided into two groups: experiment group(n=20) and control group(n=20).Rats with DM in the experiment group were induced by Streptozocin(STZ).The changes of Ca2+ and Mg2+ concentrations and the retinal cell apoptosis were measured by using absorption spectrophtometry at week 4,week 6,week 12 and week16 after the attack of DM.And the relation of apoptosis quantity with levels of f...
