| 摘 要： | 目的:为探讨食管鳞癌DNA异倍体和RNA含量的变化及临床意义。方法:应用流式细胞仪对140例食管鳞癌石蜡标本进行研究。结果:食管鳞癌DNA异倍体检出率为90％(126/140),RNA含量为21.85±6.90,DNA异倍体和RNA含量与病期、恶性程度和淋巴结转移有关。结论:提示DNA和RNA含量测定有助于判断食管鳞癌患者的病期、恶性程度和淋巴结转移情况,为术后有针对性的制定治疗方案提供依据。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose:In order to investigate the DNA heteroploid and content of RNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance.Method: 140 cases were studied with flow cytometry technique. Result: It was shown that the inci-dence of DNA heteroploid was 90% (126/140),the content of RNA was 21. 85?. 90,DNA heteroploid and RNA content were related with stages,malignant grades and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion:The results indicated that the DNA heteroploid and RNA content are helpful in descriminating the stages,malignant grades and lymph node metastasis,and can provide effective evi-dences to determinate postoperation chemotherapy regime. |
