窒息胎鼠血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂及其抑制物的变化

摘    要:
目的 探讨窒息对胎鼠血浆中组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)及其抑制物(PAI)活性的影响。方法 通过“延迟剖宫产术”致胎鼠宫内窘迫,实验分5个组:空白对照组、窒息15min组、窒息30min组、窒息15min复氧30min组、窒息30min组。分别测试各组血浆t-PA和PAI的活性。结果 窒息后t-PA活性升高(P<0.05),窒息后复氧PAI活性升高(P<0.01)。结论 窒息可致血浆纤溶酶活性改变。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the changes of the activity of tissue|type plasminogen activator(t|PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI) in blood plasma of fetal mice after asphyxia. Methods Asphyxia was induced in mouse embryo by performing a "delayed cesarean section". The experiment was designed to detect the activity of t|PA and PAI in control group and 4 asphycxia groups. Results The activity of t|PA increased after asphyxia(P<0 05) and the activity of PAI increased after reoxygenation(P<0 01). Conclusion Asphyxia led to the changes of fibrinolytic activity in blood plasma.;
