新型玻璃渗透氧化锆基底与Vitadur A1pha饰瓷颜色匹配性的实验研究

目的:研究饰瓷厚度对新型玻璃渗透氧化锆全瓷修复体颜色的影响规律,探寻基底与饰瓷颜色匹配的方案。方法:采用VitadurAlpha饰瓷系统,在氧化锆基底上烧结厚度为0.2mm的遮色瓷,根据体瓷厚度(0.6mm、0.8mm、1.0mm、1.2mm、1.4mm)分为5个实验组;以VitadurAlpha体瓷制作的无基底的全层瓷片为对照组,采用CIE1976Lab标准色度系统比较各实验组颜色再现的效果。结果:随饰瓷厚度的增加,样本的L值逐渐降低,a值和b值逐渐增高;0.6mm、0.8mm、1.0mm、1.2mm、1.4mm实验组与对照组色差值分别为:2.409±0.477,1.795±0.299,1.205±0.248,0.801±0.214,0.624±0.178,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型玻璃渗透氧化锆基底与VitadurAlpha瓷粉配合使用,在遮色瓷厚度为0.2mm、体瓷厚度达到1.0mm时即可实现良好的颜色匹配,全瓷修复体能较理想地再现选定的颜色。

Study of the color compatibility between the new type zirconia base and vitadur alpha veneering porcelain

Objective Study the relationship between the thickness and the color of porcelain restoration with the new type zirconia base.Methods Dentin porcelain were prepared with the thickness of 0.6mm,0.8mm,1.0mm,1.2mm,1.4mm respectively on the zirconia base with 0.2mm opaque porcelain.The compare group is disks made of dentin porcelain.The color of the disks was measured with a SF-300 spectrum colorimeter on standard white background and evaluated with the CIE 1976 L*a*b* system.Results While the thickness of porcelain specimens increased,the a and b values increased,the L value decreased.While the thickness of porcelain specimens increased the chromatism between the test group and the control group decreased at first and then increased.Conclusion When the thickness of dentin porcelain is 1.0mm and the opaque porcelain is 0.2mm,the dental all-ceramic with the new type zirconia base will represent the color properly.
