血管内皮生长因子在腹膜纤维化中的作用

腹膜纤维化是慢性肾衰竭患者长期腹膜透析的严重并发症之一,为多因素参与的复杂过程。血管内皮生长因子能促进腹膜血管新生及血管病变,在腹膜纤维化的病理生理过程中起了重要的促进作用。腹膜透析过程中多种因素能促进腹膜局部产生血管内皮生长因子。从血管内皮生长因子的生物学特性及其在腹膜透析腹膜纤维化过程中的具体作用及参与腹膜纤维化的可能机制予以综述。

Effect of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor on Peritoneal Fibrosis

Peritoneal fibrosis is one of the most serious complications in patients with chronic renal failure treated with long-term peritoneal dialysis.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is an important cytokine of neoangiogenesis and vasculopathy in peritoneal membrane,and plays a prominent role in the pathophysiological process of peritoneal fibrosis.VEGF is locally produced in the peritoneal cavity,and there are several factors in this process in peritoneal dialysis.The biological characteristics and effects of VEGF in the process of peritoneal fibrosis and the possible mechanism were reviewed in this article.
