| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨p53、c-erbB-2基因表达与胃癌及癌前病变生物学行为之间的关系。方法：采用免疫组化ABC法检测胃粘膜病变中的p53、c-erbB-2蛋白表达。结果：慢性浅表性胃炎组织中p53、c-erbB-2蛋白无表达;慢性萎缩性胃炎p53、c-erbB-2蛋白表达率分别为10％、20％;早期胃癌组织中分别为50％、41％;进展期胃癌中的表达率分别为73％、76．7％。结论：p53、c-erbB-2基因协同作用参与了胃癌的发生发展。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relationship between the expressions of p53and c-erbB-2 genes and the biological behaviors of stomach cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods: Expressions of p53and c-erbB-2 genes were detected in gastric mucosa lesions by immunohistochemical ABC method . Results: p53and c-erbB-2 genes expression were not shown in the tissues of chronic superficial gastritis ;In the chronic atrophic gastritis ,the positive rates were 10%and 20% and 20% respectively ; In the tissues of early gastric cancer , the positive rates were 50% and 41% respectively ;In the tissues of advanced gastric cancer ,the positive rates were 73% and 76.7% respectively. Conclusion: The cooperative effects of p53and c-erbB-2 genes involve in cancer of gastric mucosa . |
