| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究吗啡慢性处理对大鼠新颖寻求行为的影响。方法 :吗啡组大鼠连续 2 0dip 10mg·kg- 1 ·d- 1 吗啡 ,对照组ip生理盐水 ;撤药 5d后进行新颖寻求测试。结果 :两组大鼠都表现出新颖寻求 ,而且吗啡组对新颖物体的探索时间为 2 90s±s 192s,显著高于对照组 (16 3s±s 119s,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :吗啡慢性给药能够促进大鼠的新颖寻求行为

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of chronic morphine treatment on the novelty seeking behavior of rats. Methods: The rats in morphine group were pretreated with 10 mg·kg -1·d -1 morphine (ip) for 20 days and the rats in vehicle group with saline. 5 days after pretreatment, the novelty seeking behavior of all rats was measured and analyzed. Results: The duration in novelty area of morphine treated rats was significantly longer than that of vehicle(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chronic morphine treatment can improve the novelty seeking of rats. |
