| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨大肠癌并低位急性肠梗阻I期手术切除吻合的安全性及可行性。方法 回顾性分析 32例大肠癌并低位急性肠梗阻I期手术的临床资料及手术体会,结合文献探讨大肠癌并低位急性肠梗阻I期手术的适应症及围手术期处理。结果32例大肠癌井低位急性肠梗阻I期手术切除吻合,其中29例无吻合口漏及其他并发症,2例发生吻合口漏,经引流、支持治疗获痊愈,I例术后早期死于中毒性休克。结论 大肠癌并低位急性肠梗阻只要严格掌握适应症,做好术前、术中、术后处理,I期手术切除吻合是安全的。 |

| Abstract: | ve To study the security and feasibility of first-stage operation of acute low intestine obstruction. Methods 32 cases were analysed retrospectively to study the indication and perioperative treatment with related reference. Results Of the 32 cases, 29 were cured without anastomotic leakage and other complications, 2 with anastomotic leakage went through by drainment and supporting treatment, 1 died of toxicoshock. Conclusion It's safe to operate when indication is prehended strictly and perioperation treatment is proper. |
