摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定地胆草中4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为AgilentSBC.。柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈.0.1%磷酸溶液(17:83);流速为1.0ml·min-1;检测波长为327nm;柱温为30℃,进样量10μl。结果:4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸在0.0235—2.3520txg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.75%,RSD为1.24%(n=6)。结论:所用方法简便、快速、准确,可作为测定地胆草中4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸含量的方法。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of 4,5-dicaffeoyquinic acid in Elehantopus scaber Linn. Methods: The separation was carried out on an Agilcnt SB C Is column (250 mm×4.6mm,5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (17: 83) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 327nm, tbe column temperature was 30℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results: The ealibration curve showed a good linearity over the range of 0.023 5-2. 352 0μg(r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 98, 75% with RSD of 1.24% ( n = 6). Conclusion : The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used as a quantitative analysis method for Elehantopus scaber Linn.
