胃癌术后不同时期的腹腔B超表现及其对腹腔引流的指导意义

目的　根据胃癌术后不同时期的腹腔B超表现,探讨胃癌术后腹腔B超探测的必要性。方法　胃癌切除术115例,术中均于肝下和/或左上腹放置多侧孔引流管。术后 1、3、5、7、10 天作腹腔 B超探测,观察积液情况。结果　术后早期肝下积液 2 例,B超发现后经调整引流管,即恢复通畅引流。近期腹腔积液 5 例,远期淋巴管漏1例,经处理后均消失,小肠间积液引流无效。结论　胃癌根治术后应定期复查腹腔 B超,以尽早发现腹腔积液,及时处理。

Significance of abdominal B-ultrasonography to abdominal drainage in patients with resections of gastric cancer

Objective To study the necessity of abdominal B-ultrasonography in the patients who have receive the resection of gastric cancer.Methods One hundred and fifteen patients who underwent operation for gastric cancer were placed drainage tube under liver or/and left upper abdomin.B-ultrasonography were performed on the 1,3,5,7,10day after operation to observe abdominal effusion.Results B-ultrasonography found early postoperative abdominal effusion 2 cases,recently abdominal effusion 5 cases,laterly abdominal effusion 1 case,all cases were cured after treatment.Conclusion It is necessary to make abdominal B-ultrasonography after the resection of gastric cancer.
