社会支持对截肢患者情绪障碍及生活质量的影响

目的探讨社会支持对截肢患者情绪障碍和生活质量的影响。方法以社会支持评分分组,社会支持总分〈35分为低社会支持组,〉45分为高社会支持组,比较两组抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表（WHOQCL-BREF）评分情况,并进行相关分析。结果 70例伤性截瘫患者SSRS总分及主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度因子评分分别为：（38.31±4.94）,（23.33±5.26）分,（11.25±3.21）分,（8.57±2.07）分。其中〈35分者（低分组）26例;〉45分者（高分组）20例;35～45分者24例。社会支持高分组截肢患者生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域评分,显著高于社会支持低分组,焦虑、抑郁状态明显低于社会支持低分组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论社会支持明显改善截肢患者的情绪障碍,提高其生活质量。

The Influence of Social Support on Emotional Disorder and Life Quality of the Patients with Amputation

Objective To discuss the influence of social support on emotional disorder and life quality of the patients with amputation.Methods According to the social support scores,70 cases with amputation were divided into 2 groups： low score group（social support total scores 〈35） and high score group（social support total scores〉45）;a correlated analysis was made to the scores of SDS,SAS and WHOCL-BREF of the patients in both groups.Results The total scores of SSRS,subjective support,objective support,using-support degree were 38.31±4.94,23.33±5.26,11.25±3.21 and 8.57±2.07 respectively in all the patients;the scores of physiological field,psychological field,social relationship field and environmental field of the patients in high score group were much higher than those of the patients in low score group while their scores of anxiety and depression were much lower than those in low score group,the difference was of significance（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusions Social support can obviously improve the emotional disorder and life quality of the patients with amputation.
