| 摘 要： | 遥过对美国护理专业化发展产生的相关概念、形式和护理专业研究生教育的阐述，得出对我国护理专业研究生培养的建议，认为应重新定位培养目标，制定出切合护理专业研究生培养要求的课程设置，完善岗位建设，从而推动中国特色的护理专业研究生培养体系的建立与发展。
