| 摘 要： | 癫痫是一种常见的神经系统慢性发作性疾病,药物是癫痫治疗的主要手段。目前约75%的癫痫病人需要抗癫痫药物(antiepileptic drugs,AEDs)来控制痫性发作,而AEDs对认知功能的损害不同程度地影响了病人的生存质量及其对药物的依从性。本文对近10多年用于临床的新型抗癫痫药物对认知功能的影响作一综述。

| Abstract: | Epilepsy is a common chronic disease of the central nervous system and the main therapeutic method is antiepileptic drugs (AEDs).About 75 % of seizure disorders are controlled by antiepileptic drugs, and the influence of AEDs on cognition function affects the life quality and compliance of patients.In this article,the influences of new AEDs on cognition in clinical in recent 10 years were reviewed. |
