2013年襄阳市城区健康知识知晓率、健康行为形成率和健康技能掌握率调查

目的 了解2013年襄阳市城区不同人群健康知识知晓、行为形成情况及社区居民健康技能掌握情况,为制定健康教育干预方案提供科学依据.方法 采用分层抽样和简单随机抽样方法,于2013年11月对本市城区内不同人群进行问卷调查.结果 健康知识总知晓率为86.3％,从高到低依次为中小学生（90.7％）、住院病人（90.1％）、行业职工（84.6％）及社区居民（82.5％）;健康行为总形成率为86.3％,从高到低依次为住院病人（88.6％）、中小学生（87.0％）、行业职工（79.5％）及社区居民（73.5％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;社区居民健康技能掌握率为79.0％.结论 襄阳市城区健康知识知晓率、行为形成率及技能掌握率总体上达到国家卫生城市标准要求,但仍不客松懈,需进一步制定相应的健康教育干预措施.

The Awareness Rate of Health Knowledge,the Formation Rate of Health Behavior and the Master Rate of Health Skills of Xiangyang in 2013

OBJECTIVE To understand the Xiangyang in 2013, different crowd health knowledge, health behavior formation to mas- ter the skill and the residents of the community, and provide scientific basis for developing health education intervention program. METHODS Stratified sampling and simple random sampling method, questionnaire survey was conducted in November 2013 for the different groups of people in Xiangyang. RESULTS The total health knowledge awareness rate was 86.3%, followed by primary and middle school students（90.7%）, hospitalized patients（90.1%）, workers（84.6%） and community residents（82.5%）; the total health behavior formation rate is 86.3%, followed by hospitalized patients（88.6%）, primary and middle school students（87.0%）, （79.5%） and industry workers community residents（73.5%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the health of community residents to master the skills of rate of 79%. Rate, behavior forming rate and the rate of overall mastery of skills to meet the requirements of national health city standards known Xiangyang conclusion health knowledge, but is still not relax, need further formulate corresponding health education and intervention measures.
