黑龙江省农村乡镇居民死亡地点调查与分析

目的 分析黑龙江省农村居民死亡地点分布及影响因素.方法 以2012年黑龙江省农村环境卫生监测点死亡病例的相关数据,采用统计学方法对死亡地点资料进行分析.结果 黑龙江省农村地区居民家中死亡构成比最高.其中女性死于家中的比例略高于男性,儿童及老年人群死于家中的比例高于青壮年,不同致死疾病死于家中的比例均高于其他死亡地点.结论 通过开展农村环境卫生监测,了解农村人口死亡地点的分布及农村人群常见危重疾病就医主要去向及诊疗,掌握农村环境卫生健康危害因素水平及动态变化,客观地评价农村环境卫生状况,为进一步完善农村地区的医疗保障体系建设提供分析数据.

The Investigation and Analysis of the Place of Death for Heilongjiang Rural Residents

OBJECTIVE To analyze the place distribution of death and impact factors for rural residents in Heilongjiang. METHODS Statistics was used to analyze the data of the place of death according to the death cases data from the rural environment health surveillance spots. RESULTS The proportion of the death at home was higher for the rural residents in Heilongjiang province, in which the proportion for female was higher than the one for male and the proportions for children and the aged were higher than the one for young adults. For different diseases, the proportions of the death at home were all higher than the other places. CONCLUSION By de- veloping rural environment health surveillance, to understemd the rural death place distribution and the main medical services and treatment methods for critical diseases, recognize the harmful factors level and dynamic change of rural environment health, evaluate the rural environment health status, so as to provide the scientific data for improving the rural medical care insurance system.
