上海市远郊周浦社区60岁及以上老年人健康体检结果分析

目的 掌握上海市远郊某社区老年人健康状况,为做好老年人慢性病管理、健康教育工作提供依据.方法 对2013年辖区内12 616名60岁及以上老年人健康体检数据进行分析.结果 体检老年人吸烟率、饮酒率分别为14.9％、14.6％;血压、空腹血糖和血脂异常率分别为32.2％、9.4％及35.0％;女性的血脂异常率和肥胖率均高于男性（P＜0.001）.结论 体检老年人血脂、血压异常率较高;建议对老年人进行健康宣教,倡导健康生活方式;借助全科医生团队对慢性病老年人进行综合管理.

Analysis of Physical Examination Results of 12 616 Subjects beyond 60 Years and Over of a Outskirts Community in Shanghai

OBJECTIVE To grasp the health status of the elderly in a suburban community so as to provide references to for further chronic diseases management and health education of the elderly. METHODS The results of physical examination of the elderly in 2013 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS The smoking, alcohol consumption rate of the elderly were 14.9%, 14.6% respectively. 32.2%, 9.4%, 35.0% of subjects were found to be abnormal in blood pressure, fasting blood sugar and blood lipids respectively. Women＇s rate of dyslipidemia and obesity rates were higher than in male （P〈0.001）. CONCLUSIONS Physical examination rate of abnormal blood lipid, blood pressure in the elderly was higher. It is suggested that advocating a healthy lifestyle by health education for the elderly, meanwhile, managing of the chronic diseases of the elderly by the general practitioner team.
