| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血清内脂素水平在2型糖尿病伴冠心病中的临床意义。方法：用酶联免疫法（ELISA）对临床上确诊为2型糖尿病伴冠心病患者33例,健康对照组30例,进行内脂素水平的测定。结果：2型糖尿病伴冠心病组的血清内脂素水平明显高于正常对照组（P〈0.01）,有显著的差异性。结论：血清内脂素在2型糖尿病伴冠心病的病理生理机制中有一定的相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significance of changes of serum visfatin level in patients with type 2 diabates mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods The serum visfatin levels were determined with ELISA in 33 patients with type 2 diabates mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease and 30 controls.Results The serum visfatin levels in patients with type 2 diabates mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum visfatin levels were related to the pathophysiology of type 2 diabates mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease in some way,requiring further study. |
