莫菲氏滴壶临床应用中的观察与对策

目的：研究莫菲氏滴壶上端关闭调节器对回血的影响。方法：共300例输液患者,每位患者连续2天输液,2次输液时调节器分别为夹闭在莫菲氏滴壶下端（其莫菲氏滴壶上端调节器打开）为对照组,及调节器夹闭莫菲氏滴壶上端输液管（其莫菲氏滴壶下端调节器打开）为实验组,见有回血3s记录每次输液时的回血长度。结果：静脉输液时调节器夹闭在莫菲氏滴壶上端及下端时的回血长度分别为（46.5±1.2）cm及（31.2±8.7）cm。结论：静脉输液时调节器夹闭在莫菲氏滴壶上端的输液管较调节器夹闭在莫菲氏滴壶下端的输液管时回血长度长（P〈0.01）,有利于穿刺成功。

Observation and strategy of murphy's drip pot in clinical application

Objective：To research the effect of murphy＇s drip pot top closed controller to back to the blood.Methods：300 cases of transfusion patients continuous infusion for 2 days,in which,control group with controller closed under murphy＇s drip pot（murphy＇s drip pot top opened）,and experimental group with murphy＇s drip pot top closed（controller opend under murphy＇s drip pot）.Seeing a return of blood for 3s,and record each length back to the blood transfusion.Results：When murphy＇s drip pot top or bottom closed,which back to the length of blood were（46.5±1.2）cm and（31.2±8.7）cm.Conclusion：It was longer that fluid infusion tube of murphy＇s drip pot top than fluid infusion tube of murphy＇s drip pot bottom in intravenous infusion（P0.01）,which was conducive to successful puncture.
