吗丁啉与四磨汤口服液联用治疗功能性消化不良临床研究

目的：分析探讨吗丁啉和四磨汤口服液联用在临床上治疗功能性消化不良的方法和疗效。方法：选取我院192例功能性消化不良患者,随机分为两组,治疗组96例,给予吗丁啉10～20mg,3次/d,四磨汤口服液20ml,3次/d,疗程均为4周。对照组96例,给予吗丁啉10～20mg,3次/d。观察治疗前、后的症状变化。结果：在治疗4周后,两组症状均有改善,治疗组的总有效率为94.7%,对照组的总有效率为75.2%,经统计治疗组与对照组总有效率差异显著,P〈0.05;结论：吗丁啉和四磨汤口服液联用,对治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著,而且不良反应少,值得在临床上推广使用。

Clinical research of treating functional dyspepsia with domperidone and four soup combined with oral

Objective： To analyze and explore Simotang oral domperidone combined with the clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia on the methods and results. Methods： 192 cases of hospital patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 96 patients received domperidone 10 to 20 mg 3 times / day, four soup oral 20 ml, 3 times / day , a course of 4 weeks. Control group of 96 patients received domperidone 10 to 20 mg 3 times / day. Observed before and after treatment of the symptoms change. Results： After 4 weeks of treatment, two groups of symptoms were improved, the treatment group, the total effective rate was 94.7% in the control group, the total effective rate was 75.2%, the statistical treatment group and control group were significant differences in the efficiency, P〈0.05; Conclusion： Oral domperidone and four soup combined with the treatment of functional dyspepsia a significant effect, and adverse reactions, should be used in clinical practice.
