中药熏洗联合手术治疗肛门湿疹的临床效果观察

目的：分析中药熏洗联合手术治疗肛门湿疹的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年至2010年接受自拟的中药熏洗联合手术治疗的肛门湿疹患者58例，以及仅达克宁软膏外涂治疗的肛门湿疹患者28例。治疗两个疗程后比较接受两种方法治疗的有效率和复发率。结果：中药组治愈51例，显效6例，无效1例，痊愈率87．93％，有效率为98．28％，显著高于西药组（x2=11．322，P〈0．05；x2=10．173，P〈0．05）。中药组的复发率3．92％，显著低于西药组（X2=9．826，P〈0．01）。结论：中药熏洗联合手术治疗可用于治疗肛门湿疹，该方法可广泛应用于临床。
