窄谱中波紫外线配合内服黑素再生液治疗白癜风疗效观察

目的：观察窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）配合内服黑素再生液治疗白癜风的疗效,并对其作用机理进行初步探讨。方法：将398例病例随机分为3组,治疗组133例窄谱UVB（NB-UVB）照射联合内服黑素再生液治疗,对照1组133例内服黑素再生液治疗,对照2组132例进行NBUVB单纯照射治疗。3组均连续治疗3个月,进行临床疗效观察。结果：治疗组总有效率明显高于对照I组及II组（P〈0.05）。结论：NB-UVB配合内服黑素再生液治疗白癜风疗效确显著。

Effect observation of treating vitiligo by narrow-band ultraviolet B with melanocyte regeneration

Objective：To observe the narrow-band ultraviolet B （NB-UVB） with the oral treatment of vitiligo melanocyte regeneration solution efficacy,and its mechanism are discussed.Methods：398 cases were randomly divided into three groups,Treatment group,133 cases of narrow-band UVB （NB-UVB） irradiation combined with oral administration of melanocyte regeneration solution treatment,Control a group of 133 cases of oral fluid therapy melanocyte regeneration,Control group of 132 cases for NBUVB 2 radiation therapy alone.Three groups were treated for 3 consecutive months,observing the clinical efficacy.Results：The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group I and group II （P0.05）.Conclusion：NB-UVB with oral treatment of vitiligo melanocyte regeneration solution makes a significant effect.
