| 摘 要： | 环状痔俗称花圈痔或脱肛痔,根据Miles分期属于晚期痔病,按其分类有环状外痔、环状内痔及环状混合痔,其中以环状混合痔最为多见。Parks曾告诫：切除3枚以上痔核,就有导致肛门狭窄的可能1]。既要一期彻底根治痔病,又不造成肛门狭窄等后遗并发症,其手术难度之大显而易见。近年来国内有不少新的改良术式应用于临床。

| Abstract: | Ring hemorrhoids commonly known as wreath hemorrhoids or rectal prolapse hemorrhoids,based on the Stage of Miles,beiong to advanced hemorrhoids,according to their classification,there are ring external hemorrhoids,ring hemorrhoids and circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,in which the circumferential mixed hemorrhoids is the most common.Parks have been warned：It was possible to lead to anal stenosis if removaled three or more hemorrhoids.It is obviously difficult to Surgery to not only complete cure hemorrhoids,but also do not cause complications in the aftermath of anal stenosis.In recent years,there are lots of improved operations to used to clinical in internal. |
