| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腰椎管狭窄症的针刀疗效。方法：采用针刀切割黄韧带、再配合侧隐窝阻滞综合治疗腰椎管狭窄症。结果：临床治疗202例,优98例（48.51%）,良59例（29.21%）,好转38例（18.81%）,无效7例（3.47%）,优良率77.72%,总有效率96.53%。结论：针刀切割黄韧带、联合侧隐窝阻滞治疗腰椎管狭窄症,临床疗效满意,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the acupotomy effect on lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods：Treating lumbar spinal canal stenosis with the combination of debonding debridement ligament flavum by acupotomy and lateral nerve block.Results：202 cases of patients were treated,98 cases（48.51%）were very good,59（29.21%）good,38（18.81%）so-so,7（3.47%）bad.The total effective rate was 96.53%.Conclusion：The clinical cure rate of lumbar spinal canal stenosis with the combination of debonding debridement ligament flavum by acupotomy and lateral nerve block was high and there was expansion value. |
