| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨旋复汤防治以顺铂为主的化疗消化道副反应的作用。方法：将我院近一年来收治的104例以顺铂为主要化疗药物的恶性肿瘤患者随机均分成治疗组与对照组，对照组（52例）化疗前静推昂丹司琼8rag，化疗后4h再次静推昂丹司琼8mg，治疗组（52）在对照组基础上加用中药旋复汤口服，每次100ml，每次化疗前1日开始服用，连用5天，观察化疗后1～5天恶心、呕吐及食欲情况。结果：治疗组在恶心、呕吐控制有效率及食欲方面均优于对照组（P〈0．05），结论：旋复汤防治以顺铂为主化疗的消化道副反应有较好的疗效。

A clinical study on treating and preventing the cisplatin-based chemotherapy gastrointestinal reactions with Xuanfu decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss on the effect of treating and preventing the cisplatin-based chemotherapy gastrointestinal reactions with Xuanfu decoction. Methods： Randomly divided 104 cases which treated in our hospital into treatment group and control group, in the control group （n=52） before chemotherapy bolus ondansetron 8mg, 4 hours after chemotherapy bolus ondansetron 8mg again, in the treatment group （n=52） added Xuanfu decoction base on the control group, 100ml each time, took it one day before chemotherapy lasted 5 days, observed the nausea, vomiting and appetite situation in 1 to 5 days after chemotherapy. Results： The nausea, vomiting and appetite situation of treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating and preventing the cisplatin-based chemotherapy gastrointestinal reactions with Xuanxia decoction can make a better effect. |
