摘    要:目的探讨全自动生化分析仪测定高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)后对镁(Mg)检测的交叉污染。方法单独检测甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)4种试剂中的Mg浓度。检测组分为TG、TC、LDL—C、HDL—C4组。TG检测组:先测160份TG,紧接着测160份Mg;TC、LDL—C、HDL—C3组的测定过程同TG检测组。设置比色杯特殊清洗程序后,先测160份HDL—C后紧接着测160份Mg。结果HDL—C检测组Mg检测结果显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。其余3组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。通过设置特殊清洗程序后,HDL—C检测组Mg检测结果与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论全自动生化分析仪测定HDL—C后对Mg测定有严重的交叉污染。可以通过设置比色杯特殊清洗程序消除HDL—C测定对Mg测定的干扰。

Abstract:Objective To study the cross-contamination that high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) affected the detection of magnesium (Mg) by automatic chemistry analyzer. Methods The concentration of Mg was analyzed by automatic chemistry analyzer in total glyeeride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and HDL-C groups. Mg was tested immediately after HDL-C been analyzed, and then compared to the control group which were analyzed alone. The protocol of TG, TC, LDL-C groups was as above. By setting the special washing program, the item HDL-C was executed primarily and then the item Mg was analyzed. Results The value of Mg in the HDL-C group raised highly than the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The other groups had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). After setting the special washing program, there was no significant difference between the HDL-C group and the control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions HDL-C affected the detection of magnesium. The cross-contamination can be eliminated by resetting the special washing program in the automatic chemistry analyzer.
