Using direct rossette test,we enumerated the peripheralblood T-cell subsets of 33 healthy subjects,24subjects of which were enumerated with IGSS.The results show there was no significant difference in the per-centage of OKT3~+cells,OKT4~+cells,OKT8~+cells and OKT4/T8 in two groups.This indicates that IGSS is asensitive and reliable method. |
