如何在实践教学中培养康复医学学生的实践能力和创新精神

康复医学是一门应用性和技能性很强的学科,对学生实践和创新能力的要求高,如何培养适合我国康复医学事业发展需求和具有实践能力和创新精神的康复医师,已成为康复医学发展和康复医学教育事业的重要课题。根据目前国内康复医学教育和教学现状,我们将在此分析影响康复医学学生实践和创新能力培养的因素,并结合我院的教学实际和学生培养模式提出加强学生实践和创新能力培养的措施。

Integrating Innovative Spirit in Practice Teaching to Cultivate Practical and Innovative Capability of Students of Rehabilitation Medicine

Rehabilitation medicine,a subject based on high application and skills,has high requirements for students' practical and innovative capability.How to produce rehabilitation therapists who can meet the development needs of rehabilitation medicine in China and at the same time have the capacity of innovation has become an important issue in development of rehabilitation medicine and rehabilitation medicine education.In view of the status quo of China's rehabilitation education and teaching,the paper analyzes the factors which affect the practice and innovative ability of rehabilitation medicine students,and discusses measures for improving students' practical and innovative capabilities by relating to our school's teaching actuality and student training mode.
