恩丹西酮与胃复安对预防肿瘤介入化疗性呕吐的观察

目的:探讨恩丹西酮与胃复安对肿瘤介入化疗病人所致的呕吐用药效果。方法:将96例接受介入化疗的病人随机分为两组,恩丹西酮组和用胃复安组,观察两组化疗病人的呕吐情况。结果:两组在止吐效果、正常进食等方面差异有统计学意义。结论:恩丹西酮缓解肿瘤介入化疗病人所致的呕吐优于胃复安。

Clinical observation of ondansetron and metoclopramide in preventing vomiting induced by interventional chemotherapy

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of ondansetron and metoclopramid in preventing vomiting induced by interventional chemotherapy.Methods:96 patients who underwent interventional chemotherapy were randomized into two groups: one group was treated with ondansetron and another was treated with metoclopramide.The effective rates of preventing vomiting were compared between two groups.Results:There was obvious difference in preventing vomitiong and influencing on diet condition between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Ondansetron is more effective than metoclopramide in preventing vomiting induced by interventional chemotherapy.
