腰椎间盘突出症患者不同中医护理技术效果的 网状Meta分析

目的 应用网状Meta分析比较多种中医护理技术在腰椎间盘突出症（lumbar disc herniation，LDH）患者中的临床应用效果。方法 通过知网、万方、PubMed、Cochrane Library等数据库，检索临床常用7种中医护理技术—中药熏蒸、中药离子导入、拔罐、艾灸、中药热熨敷、耳穴贴压、穴位贴敷的随机对照研究，采用Stata 14.0软件进行网状Meta分析。结果 共纳入15项研究，14种治疗措施，1483例患者。根据网状Meta分析和累计排序概率图下面积结果显示，艾灸+中药熏蒸组治疗LDH优于其他治疗措施；综合治疗措施优于单一治疗措施。结论 应用艾灸+中药熏蒸组中医护理技术治疗LDH，效果最佳，且联合应用优于单一应用。

The effects of a variety of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing techniques in patients with lumbar disc herniation by using a network Meta-analysis

Objective To compare the effects of a variety of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing techniques in patients with lumbar disc herniation by using a network Meta-analysis. Methods Published randomized controlled trials, involving commonly used clinical TCM nursing techniques: TCM fumigation, iontophoresis, cupping, moxibustion, hot pressing, auricular point pressing, and acupoint application in patients with lumbar disc herniation, were identified in CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed, Cochrane Library and other databases. The Stata 14.0 was used to conduct network Meta-analysis. Results A total of 15 studies, 14 treatments, and 1483 patients were included. According to the results of the network Meta-analysis and surface under the cumulative (SUCRA): Moxibustion + TCM fumigation group was better than other treatment measures in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation; Comprehensive treatment measures were better than single treatment measures. Conclusion The treatment of lumbar disc herniation with TCM technology of moxibustion + TCM fumigation group has the best effect, and the combined application is better than the single application.
