复方丹参注射液对重型颅脑损伤患者围术期心肌酶和心肌肌钙蛋白的影响

目的观察复方丹参注射液对重型颅脑损伤患者围术期心肌酶和心肌肌钙蛋白变化的影响。方法将40例重型颅脑损伤患者需行开颅手术者随机分为对照组与治疗组,治疗组于麻醉后、手术前将16ml复方丹参注射液入液静滴,两组均于麻醉前、手术2h、手术4h、术毕24h检测乳酸脱氢酶（CK）、肌酶肌酶（CK）、肌酸肌酶同工酶（CK-MB）、α羟丁酸脱羧酶（α-HBD）和心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ（cTnI）。结果治疗组于手术2h、术毕24hCK-MB、α-HBD、cTnI低于对照组,而于手术4h明显低于对照组。结论复方丹参注射液对重型颅脑损伤患者围术期心肌损伤程度明显减轻,术毕24h依然有效。

Influence of Composite Salvia Mihiorrhiza Injection in Peri-operative Periods of Severe Head Trauma on Myocardial Enzyme and Cardiac Troponin Ⅰ

Objective： To investigate changes in serum myocardial enzyme and cardiac troponin I in perioperative periods of severe head trauma with composite salvia mihiorrhiza injection. Methods： Forty patients with severe head trauma needing to operate were randomly divided into blank group and treatment group. Treatment group was measured after inducing anesthesia before operation with composite salvia mihiorrhiza injection 16ml adding into 5% GS 150ml ivdrop. Blood plasma myocardial enzyme of lactic dehydrogenase（LDH）, creatine kinase（CK）, MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase（CK - MB）, （α - HBD） and cardiac troponin Ⅰ（cTnⅠ） were determined before anes- thesia, operating 2h, operating 4h and after operating 24h. Results： The treatment group＇ s levels of CK - MB, α - HBD, cTnI were lower than blank group＇ during operating 2h and after operate 24h and significant lower during operating 4h. Conclusion： Composite salvia mihiorrhiza injection can significantly reduce degree of myocardial injury, and its efect is still after operation 24h.
