| 摘 要： | 目的肺泰胶囊是多年来经过临床反复筛选和提炼的中药复方口服制剂。前期研究表明，该复方制剂具有较好的抗肿瘤效应。因而，进一步对该制剂进行质量监控，并筛选其可能的药效成分，具有显著的临床意义。文中采用高效液相色谱法（high performance liquid chromatography，HPLC）对肺泰胶囊的主要成分异秦皮啶含量进行测定，为建立肺泰胶囊主要成分质量控制提供方法学基础。方法采用Hypersil ODS—C18（4．6mm×150mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-0．2％磷酸溶液（21：79），流速为1．0mlfmin，紫外检测波长344nm，柱温18℃。结果异秦皮啶在2．00～10．80μg／ml范周内线性关系良好，y=69427x＋15961，r=0．9999，平均回收率为97．89％（n=6）。结论HPLC操作简便、精确度高、重复性好，可用于检测肺泰胶囊主要成分异秦皮啶的含量测定。
