苯酚—硫酸法测定茯苓中多糖含量

摘    要:用尿素溶液作为天然水不溶性多糖的提取溶剂,以苯酚—浓硫酸作显色剂,在波长490nm下对七个不同产地的茯苓样品进行了多糖的含量测定,其含量范围为81.9%~88.3%。该法操作简便,结果准确。

Abstract:Polysaccharides in Poria cocos Wolf from different localities were extracted with urea solution and were determined by spectrophotometry at 490nm with phenol-concentrated sulfuric acid as the color developer. The content of polysaccharides in seven samples ranged from 81.9% to 88.3%. The method is simple and accurate for the quntitative determination of natural water insoluble polysaccharides.
