克栓酶对荷瘤裸鼠血液流变性的影响

目的 观察并了解东菱精纯克栓酶对荷瘤裸鼠全血流变学参数值的影响。方法 采用锥板式粘度计对移植胃癌和鼻咽癌荷瘤裸鼠使用东菱精纯克栓酶前后的全血粘度进行检测,并进行统计学分析。结果 使用东菱精纯克栓酶后胃癌裸鼠血液流变学各项指标皆于用药前差异显著（P＜0．01）,鼻咽癌裸鼠用药后全血低切粘度低于用药前（P＜0．01）,其它指标无明显改变（P＞0．05）。结论 使用东菱精纯克栓酶对荷瘤裸鼠的血液流变学参数有明显改善,提示有可能将其应用于临床预防肿瘤转移及扩散。

Effects of Batroxobin on the Hemorheology in Nude Mice with Gastric and Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective To observe the effects of Batroxobin on the hemorheology in the whole blood of Nude mice with gastric and nasopharynegal carcinoma. Methods The blood viscosity values of the nude mice with transplantable gastric careinoma (GC) and nasopharyngeal cacinoma (NPC) were tested simultaneously by means of the cone and plate viscometer and hemorheology in the blood among them were obtained by unitary linearly regression. Results After the use of the Batroxobin, hemorheological values are significantly come down in both groups (P < 0.01 ). The whole blood viscosity at high shear rate value is come down significant- ly in the (GC) group (P < 0.01) but no significant changes found in the (NPC) group (P > 0.05). Conclusion There is a significant improvement in the hemorheological parameters and it suggests that the clinical usage of the Batroxobin may be valuable in the prevention of the metastasis and spread of tumors.
